1. The Offer
The Kajabi Business Launch Kit offer (the “Offer”) is a limited-time promotion run by Kajabi, LLC (“Kajabi”). It is available to eligible new customers who start a Kajabi account between 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 6, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 13, 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
By participating in the Offer you agree to these terms and to Kajabi's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Notice, each available at www.kajabi.com/policies, and you must comply with them at all times during the Offer Period and while you receive any Offer benefit. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms control for the Offer only. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
The Offer is limited to one per person and per business, cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, partner offer, or promotion, and is not valid toward previous purchases. Kajabi may remove duplicate, transferred, or fraudulent sign-ups.
You will stop being eligible for Offer benefits, including any migration work still in progress, if your Kajabi account is closed, paused, cancelled, or past due, if you move outside an eligible country, or if you violate these terms, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. What the Business Launch Kit Includes
The “Business Launch Kit” consists of a 14-day free trial of Kajabi, which converts to a paid recurring subscription of Kajabi Growth, either annual or monthly at your selection, when the trial ends; access to the Business Launch Community; live office hours beginning the week of October 20, 2026; and, if you qualify under Section 4, free migration support.
Community access and office hours are available only while your subscription is active and in good standing. Office hours run on a schedule Kajabi sets and may be rescheduled, recorded, or discontinued. Community and office-hour content is general business education, not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Kajabi does not guarantee any particular business result or income from the Business Launch Kit; your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
4. Free Migration Support
Free migration support is available to Offer participants who are actively operating a business on another platform, such as Teachable, GoHighLevel, Thinkific, Podia, Circle, Mighty Networks, or Skool, and are moving that business to Kajabi. To claim it you must submit the migration request Kajabi provides within 5 days of sign-up and hold an active paid Kajabi subscription throughout the migration period.
Kajabi's team will transfer your existing content and contacts into your Kajabi account as-is, up to 1 site with up to 3 courses or products, 45 lessons, and 500,000 contacts. Migration support does not include page redesign, extensive long-form videos, copywriting, new funnels or automations, custom code, domain or DNS configuration, or the transfer of payment methods, active subscriptions, purchase history from your prior provider, or any other materials not defined herein. Kajabi may scale back a request that exceeds these limits and may offer paid services for the remainder.
You must give Kajabi working access to your current platform or complete export files, identify what you want moved, and respond to Kajabi's questions within 2 business days of inquiry. Kajabi may close a request that receives no access or response for 5 days. You confirm that you own or hold the rights to all content and personal information you ask Kajabi to move, as required by Section 7 of the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, and you are responsible for reviewing the migrated content for completeness and accuracy. Kajabi may decline or refuse to perform any migration for any or no reason at its sole discretion.
Migration requests are handled in the order received and typically take 7 to 10 business days after Kajabi has received all required materials and access points from you; all timelines are estimates. Kajabi may cap the number of migrations it accepts. Free migration support has no cash or credit value, is not transferable, and cannot be applied to any other product or service. If you cancel your subscription or request a refund before migration is complete, Kajabi will stop work.
5. Billing and Refunds
Your free trial converts automatically to a paid Kajabi Growth plan subscription at the end of the trial period, and the payment method on file will be charged for the plan you selected unless you cancel from your account settings before the trial ends. Any promotional price applies for the period stated on the Offer page and then renews at Kajabi's then-current rate, plus applicable taxes. Consistent with Section 4 of the Terms of Service, Kajabi offers a full refund within thirty days of your first charge; after that, payments are non-refundable and partially used subscriptions are not prorated.
6. Communications
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Kajabi will send you messages about your trial, the Business Launch Kit, office hours, and Kajabi offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of participating in the Offer. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Kajabi's handling of your information is described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Changes to the Offer
Kajabi may change, suspend, or end the Offer or any component of the Kit, including community access, office hours, and migration support, at any time in its sole discretion, consistent with the Terms of Service. If Kajabi ends the Offer early, participants who signed up during the Offer Period will keep the benefits for which they had already qualified.
8. General
The Business Launch Kit and migration support are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, and Kajabi's liability is limited as set out in Section 6 of the Terms of Service. Any dispute relating to the Offer is governed by Section 15 of the Terms of Service, including its arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and choice of California law.
