Give your customers the ability to switch their own subscription plan.
Until now, every customer who bought your subscription got the same thing, whether they wanted the basics or the full experience. Offering different subscription levels meant building and maintaining entirely separate offers, each with their own checkout and automations to manage. And when a customer wanted to switch subscriptions levels the only path was canceling their subscription and having them resubscribe manually.
Offer plans change that. Within a single offer, you can now set up multiple plans each with their own products and prices. Once configured, your customers will be able to switch between different plans on their own with Kajabi handling the billing intricacies automatically, meaning less overhead for you.
