What's New in Kajabi Commerce: More Control, More Revenue

New Kajabi commerce features give you more control over offers, a redesigned upsells experience, ACH bank payments for invoicing, and more on the way.

Your business runs on transactions. Every checkout, every subscription, every upsell is a moment where the work you've put into your expertise meets the real world. So when we build commerce features, we build them with one question in mind: does this actually help you earn more and worry less?

Here's what's been shipping.

You Now Control What Happens When You Edit an Offer

This one's been a long time coming.

When you remove a product from an offer, Kajabi now asks you what should happen to existing members. You get two clear options: keep their access exactly as-is, or remove it immediately for everyone.

Previously, removing a product from an offer did nothing for existing customers. That sounds safe... but it left Heroes without a reliable way to manage access changes at scale. The workarounds were messy. Now you have the control you always should have had.

Upsells, Redesigned (Beta)

The upsells experience has been rebuilt from the ground up.

You can now create an upsell once, design it in the Builder so it looks like the rest of your brand, and reuse it across any offer. Built-in analytics show you purchases, conversion rate, and revenue, so you know what's working without digging through reports.

This is what upsells should have always been: fully yours, fully on-brand, and actually measurable.

ACH Bank Payments for Invoicing (Beta)

For U.S. Heroes sending invoices, ACH bank transfer is now an option for your customers.

It's a familiar payment method for larger purchases, and the processing fees are lower than card payments, so more of what you earn stays with you. Simple as that.

Coming Up Next

A few things worth knowing are on the way:

Multiple Order BumpsYou'll be able to add multiple order bumps to a single checkout page. More opportunities for customers to say yes at the moment they're already buying. This first release covers one-time offers. Join the waitlist →

Payment Reminders for Subscriptions and Payment PlansMissed payments happen. Soon you'll be able to send automatic email reminders to customers before payments are due, so you can reduce churn before it starts.

Improved Abandoned Checkout EmailsRecover more of the revenue that almost happened. Automatically re-engage customers who didn't complete a purchase, and track exactly how those emails are performing with new built-in reporting.

Checkout TranslationsEvery label at checkout, fully editable. Match your brand, your audience, your language. No more defaults that don't fit.

The through-line in all of this is pretty simple: your business deserves tools that actually do the work. More control, less friction, more of what you earn staying in your pocket.
